Bliss's music for Things to Come is worthy of its independent concert life. The March here is its centerpiece and deservedly so, but the whole suite is alive with excitement. I recall playing it for a conductor friend some years ago, and he promptly programmed it into one of his orchestra 5/5(2).

The London Symphony Orchestra (LSO), founded in , is the oldest of London's symphony dacontlalitale.krisinnieckansuftadingnerneuramkebu.co was set up by a group of players who left Henry Wood's Queen's Hall Orchestra because of a new rule requiring players to give the orchestra their exclusive services. The LSO itself later introduced a similar rule for its members. From the outset the LSO was organised on co-operative lines.
